TUSKON EU Representation organized a working trip to Turkiye with, Mr Alojz Peterle and Mr Andrew Duff, 2 of the most distinguished members of the European Parliament. During the working trip the delegation had the opportunity to meet with local policy makers, officials, representatives of civil society organizations and opinion leaders in Diyarbakir and Mardin, to have a broader understanding on the Kurdish issue as well as listen to the hopes and the fears of the local population.
Furthermore, the delegation met with opinion makers and academicians to assess the latest social and political evolutions in Turkiye. 25.09.2013
